HealTherapy, Inc. is an innovative, strength-based private mental health agency that works with children and teens, families, and adults.  In addition to traditional therapy, HealTherapy specializes in "Experiential Therapy." Experiential Programs include equine-facilitated psychotherapy, wilderness programs, and therapeutic groups. Clinical Psychologists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers and Licensed Marriage and Family Counselors and Clinical Interns within their respective disciplines may inquire and/or submit resumes.

  • LCSW or ASW
  • LMFT or MFT Intern
  • LPCC or APCC
Must be licensed (or a certified intern) to practice in the State of California. Clinical Supervision is provided by our Clinical Director (Psy D) for Interns, within each discipline.

    Hello, I am interested in continuing our conversation from last year, about the possibility of me interning for you. I have completed the PsyD program, and in the finishing phases of submitting my dissertation. I have some new ideas I would like to share with you along, possible collaboration with the college, and the possibility of me joining your team as a therapist. I have not pursued my intern number, as I was awaiting my full completion and graduation in the doctoral program. Please let me know if you are interested in meeting and discussing further. 2022 Traditional and Equine Therapeutic Services During the COVID 19 crisis, Heal Therapy, Inc. modified our comprehensive mental health counseling services to continue our face-to-face sessions at our Yreka offices, following our enhanced safety protocols... as well as to provide Telehealth services for those who prefer a safe, confidential, at-home videophonic option. Now in 2022, we are back to mainly face-to-face counseling. We continue to monitor subsequent waves of coronavirus... adapting our services as needed.
